Grate maawa.
Crush butterscotch pearls coarsely. And keep some pearls uncrushed.
In a wok add ghee melt it and add maawa into it.
Saute till it melts.
Add powder suger in it. Also add elaichi powder and mix well.
Cook till sugar melts.
Add crushed pearls into it and mix well.
Cook for 1 to 2 mins.
Off the flame and transfer it into greased plate or tray.
Sprinkle uncrushed pearls and chopped cashew nuts over it and press gently with the help of spatula.
Let it set for 1 to 2 hrs, after that cut it into desired shape and size.
Butter Scotch Burfi is ready to serve and enjoy!!!!
